Dua Lipa took advantage of a rare day off on Thursday, soaking in the rays in Florida, less than 24 hours after kicking off her world tour.

The British singer flaunted her trim figure in an orange and yellow patterned string ʙικιɴι while lounging on a sun lounger near Miami Beach. Dua, 26, stretched out with a paperback copy of Khaled Hosseini’s bestselling 2007 novel A Thousand Splendid Suns, revealing her multiple tattoos.

 

The actress was joined by a female pal as she topped up her tan after arriving at the famed beach with her stuff tucked inside a Japanese Manga-inspired tote bag. With her Future Nostalgia tour, Dua will have little time to enjoy Miami’s H๏τ heat. The mᴀssive tour will include 82 events spread across four legs, with her final show scheduled for November 16 at Perth’s RAC Arena. On Wednesday evening, she performed in front of a sold-out crowd at Miami’s FTX Arena. Dua launched her Future Nostalgia Tour in December 2019, however it was repeatedly postponed owing to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

 

It was renamed after her second studio album and was postponed for the final time in March 2020 owing to respiratory virus worries. Ceremony London is producing the tour, Live Nation is promoting it, and Truly Hard Seltzer is sponsoring it. The tour will feature Megan Thee Stallion, Griff, Tove Lo, Angèle, Caroline Polachek, and Lolo Zoua as support artists.

 

Dua’s sophomore album, released in 2020, won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album, and its first single, Don’t Start Now, received critical acclaim, earning Grammy nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance.
